The appointments of the consular officer are only in case of pre-registration in following questions:

• Applying for Estonian citizen's passports
  
  
• Applying for residence and work permits
  
  
• Notarial procedures
  
  
• Ordering legal documents from Estonia
  
  
• Consultation and accreditation of the tourist agencies

Issuing of citizen's passports, alien's passports and residence permits on Mondays till Wednesdays 11.00 - 12.00.

Visa applications and issuing of ready-made visas
from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12.00.  
                                   from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
