Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus condemned the terrorist attack in Paris

Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus condemned the terrorist attack today at the office of the French weekly newspaper Charlie Hebdo in Paris and expressed her condolences to Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius.

Foreign Minister Pentus-Rosimannus said that Estonia strongly condemns the barbaric terrorist attack targeting the values and freedom of the press. “Our deepest condolences go out to the loved ones of the deceased and we wish a speedy recovery for the injured. This terrible tragedy is shocking and dramatic and does not leave anyone untouched,” Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus said.

Today armed persons opened fire in the office of the French weekly newspaper Charlie Hebdo, killing at least 12 people.
